If your machine is no cooling, it maybe TEC cooling parts,it is in warranty, we will send the new one via DHL/FEDEX/UPS on the same day
If your machine has the big noise, it maybe the water pump have problem, it is in warranty, we also will send you a new one via DHL/FEDEX/UPS on the same day
But every model, we will test it, every model must during the voltage detection, current detection, Aging test, energy test, then we will ship machine, before ship, the salesperson also will send your machine work video to you, then we will ship machine to you, so normally, machine no any problem during 5~7 years at least
