Potenial problems you meet when you add full water

1.What kind of water is best to add?

Distilled water added to the machine, can’t use mineral water,

Can’t use mineral water. Mineral water contains minerals. Adding mineral water can easily damage machine.

2.How long to change new water?

Replace distilled water every 2 weeks better, if can’t 2weeks, 1 month change new water, it is also ok . Some client ask that how about 1 year to change new water? It is also ok, but we also suggest to change new water every 2weeks. Some client maybe will ask Why need change new water? Change new water, it can let water circulation well, can let machine work continue longer time, normally, portable machine can continue work about 8 hours, vertical machine can continue work about 12 hours.

3. What is the sign of full water?

Add to H level, it means add full water?

NO, big NO

Add water to the H level, just means that this model not alarming, here machine have water level alarming, if water is too less, machine will alarming, can’t work, you must add some water to over H, it will not alarming, but not means add full water.

Water must flow out from the vent, it means add full water.

4: after add full water, how about the water funnel?

1):Some client will keep in it, let us togehter to see what will happen? Yessss, water will out of machine, flow to the floor everywhere.

And i have a client, she told me that when she do hair removal, her client told her that her machine is beep, and leaking water, she feeling very very embarrasses, because she don’t know it, she wear glasses and the dark floor.

2): some client will use a tape to fix it in machine, it is also ok, just not very pretty

So how about the water funnel? Just removal it from here, removal to other place, after you add full water, don’t need it at all, until you next time use it
