1: some client will told me that IPL handle have some black dot, no matter how you wipe it off, still have the black dot in it.
Please see this picture the some black dot in it, long time can’t removal it.

Here, some tips:
1): Every time you finish treatment via IPL handles, don’t delay, use paper clean it directly.
2): If you forget to clean it after the treatment, use some alcohol paper to wipe it as soon as possible.
2: some client will told me that his 3rd generation diode laser handle has the rust, what problem is it?
Because the head is made of iron, when the treatment is done, the cooling is very good, there will be ice on the handle. When the treatment is over, the ice turns into water, when the water and iron combine, rust occurs. Therefore, after each treatment, the treatment head needs to be wiped clean. Just 1~2 minute, it is ok. Also can use paper first. After finish clean, cover it with the tip. Like the the next picture
Next is other need pay more attention to it.
1.If the machine was transported in sub-zero temperatures, then it is necessary to allow the machine to stand at the room with temperature 20~30℃ for 12 to 24 hours, depending on the duration of being at sub-zero temperatures.
2.For the machines requires water to work, it is very important to put only distilled water to machine. Tap water and mineral water is 100% not allowed!
3.Make sure to add water till it overflows from the vent! (Machine can also working at half tank of water, but it is very harmful for machine, will lead to machine lifespan reduce.)
4.Always keep vent loosen!
5.Keep water clean and change water every 20-30 days (distilled water only).
6.Change water filters every 1 year, or whenever the water flow sign (fan icon) alarms.
7.After 3 hours of continuous operation of the machine, let it rest for 5 minutes, so you will avoid the possibility of a malfunction of the machine.
8.Do not leave the machine in standby mode, as this may damage the machine.
9.For IPL with changeable filters, always make sure there is a filter installed to the handle to prevent dust from entering inside the handle.
10.For diode laser CH type, always make sure there is a treatment tip putted to the handle to prevent dust going inside the handle. And for the treatment tips that not in use, always remember to put cover the lid to prevent dust from entering inside.
